The Spider is a good position to whip out when you have been feeling like you have not been able to spend quality time in the bedroom, due to the fact that it allows for the two of you to slow down your pace and truly communicate non-verbally.
This is how you get down to business:
Sit back while supporting yourself with your hands or elbows, then let your boo come toward you as they sitting back in a similar way. Take the time to really feel each other and let it go nice, easy, and slow. Make sure to keep the eye contact going. This makes for a fabulous tantric position. Women tend to feel a more intense stimulation in this position.
High five to that!
This is a cocktail that is perfect for French Fridays or any night of the week.
I am a huge fan of Lillet, it is very French. Lillet is a mix of all types of fun in a glass: a blend of 85% Bordeaux wines (Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle for the Blanc; Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for the Rouge) and 15% macerated liqueurs, mostly citrus liqueurs from the peels of sweet oranges from Spain and Morocco and the peels of bitter green oranges from Haiti. Can you say yum!
Imagine the Lillet with champagne. This is on hell of an aphrodisiac. L’chaim honey!
Lillet Champagne Cocktail
In a chilled champagne glass combine 1/2 cup Lillet with about 3-4 ice cubes.
Fill the glass with chilled Champagne.
Garnish the drink with a twist of untreated orange peel.
Makes one luscious cocktail, sit back and enjoy. Double it if you want to make a drink for your lover.
The courtesan that cooks knows that a slammin’ side dish is a key ingredient to making a fabulous and luscious meal.
Whipping up a side of garlic mashed potatoes is always a great way to go. Are you surprised that potatoes are considered an aphrodisiac? Back in the days of Shakespeare, the potato was known as the “apple of love”. Then there is garlic that has always been thought of as a potent aphrodisiac that ignites a person’s passion. I can vouch for that, since I am a huge fan of cooking with garlic!
Next time you need to make a simple sexy side dish, go for the garlic mashed potatoes.
GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
1 medium head of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup of milk
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Drizzle garlic with olive oil, then wrap in aluminum foil. Bake the garlic in a preheated oven for 1 hour. Smell the aroma!
Bring a large pot of sea salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and chop. Stir in butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Remove the garlic from the oven, and cut in half. Squeeze the softened cloves into the potatoes. Blend potatoes with an electric mixer until desired consistency is achieved. Serve up and savor the flavor.
